Medical Coder needed to assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to patient clinical documents.

Core Responsibilities

• Review medical charts and convert diagnoses/treatments into standardized codes.
• Maintain 98%+ coding accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Participate in weekly coding audits.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Graduation in Life Sciences (B.Sc, B.Pharm, Biotech).
• CPC (Certified Professional Coder) certification is a strong advantage.
• Excellent understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
