The final designation may depend on the candidate's educational qualifications, relevant experience, technical knowledge and performance during the selection process.

Department: QC – Method Validation

The selected candidates will work in the Quality Control Method Validation department. This department is responsible for ensuring that analytical methods used for testing pharmaceutical products are accurate, reliable, precise and suitable for their intended purpose.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of analytical method validation activities and pharmaceutical quality control procedures.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates possessing any of the following qualifications can apply:

• B.Pharmacy

• M.Pharmacy

• M.Sc

Candidates with relevant academic knowledge or experience in pharmaceutical analysis, analytical chemistry or quality control may be particularly suitable for these positions.

Experience Required

• 0 to 2 years of experience

Freshers can also attend the interview for trainee-level positions. Candidates with relevant experience in pharmaceutical Quality Control, analytical testing or method validation may be considered for suitable positions based on their experience and technical skills.

Required Technical Skills and Knowledge

Candidates are expected to have knowledge of the following areas:

Computer and Software Skills

• MS Word

• MS Excel

• MS PowerPoint

• Basic Excel formulas

• Data compilation and handling

• Familiarity with Empower software

Documentation Skills
Candidates should be capable of understanding and preparing pharmaceutical quality documentation, including:

• Validation protocols

• Raw data

• Analytical reports

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Good communication and documentation skills are also required.

Core Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have a good understanding of:

• Analytical chemistry

• Pharmaceutical analysis

• Analytical method validation

• Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

• Data integrity principles

Analytical Method Validation Parameters
Candidates should be familiar with important validation parameters such as:

• Accuracy

• Precision

• Linearity

• Specificity

• Robustness

• Forced degradation studies

Knowledge of analytical instruments and their application in pharmaceutical testing will also be beneficial.
