Granules India is conducting a Walk-In Interview for experienced professionals in its Research and Development division. The company is hiring candidates for opportunities in Technology Transfer (Formulation), Quality Control, and Formulation.

Candidates with relevant educational qualifications and pharmaceutical industry experience are invited to attend the interview.

Available Positions

1. Technology Transfer – Formulation

Designation: Executive / Senior Executive
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Qualification: B.Tech Chemical / M.Pharm

Key Responsibilities and Skills

Candidates should have experience and knowledge in:

• Leading process scale-up activities from laboratory or pilot scale to commercial manufacturing.

• Optimizing critical process parameters (CPPs) and critical material attributes (CMAs).

• Managing end-to-end technology transfer activities.

• Supporting technology transfer documentation, including dossier and BMR/BPR preparation.

• Collaborating with Manufacturing teams for engineering, exhibit and validation batches.

2. Quality Control

Designation: Executive
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm

Key Responsibilities and Skills

Candidates should have strong exposure to:

• Analytical method validation, verification and transfer activities.

• IP/FP/Stability testing using analytical techniques such as LC, GC and spectroscopy.

• Experience with OSD and PFS products is preferred.

• Working knowledge of computerized quality and laboratory systems.

• Experience with Empower, LIMS, Nilon, QAMS and DMS will be an added advantage.

3. Formulation

Designation: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Experience Required: 4–8 Years
Qualification: M.Pharm

Key Responsibilities and Skills

The selected candidates may be responsible for:

• Conducting literature reviews and finished product evaluations.

• Gathering relevant scientific and technical information for product development.

• Developing, maintaining and updating laboratory systems and documentation.

• Preparing and maintaining SOPs and IQ/OQ/PQ documents.

• Supporting training records and other laboratory-related documentation.

• Performing pre-formulation studies and laboratory trials.

• Preparing detailed development reports.

• Executing laboratory-scale, pilot-scale and scale-up trials.

• Ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting of development activities.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Supporting the successful execution of development activities and project deliverables.

• Contributing to process improvements, operational excellence and organizational development initiatives.
