Shilpa Medicare Ltd. is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive in Hyderabad for experienced professionals as well as eligible freshers across Analytical Services, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Packaging & Development.

The openings cover analytical testing, QMS, regulatory submissions for international markets, and pharmaceutical packaging development.

1. Analytical Services – QC Formulation

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc
Preferred Specialization: Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Experience: 0–6 years
Freshers: Can attend

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Execute analytical method validation and monitor validation parameters as per applicable ICH and ANVISA requirements.

• Prepare and review method validation protocols and reports.

• Perform finished-product analysis for oral and injectable formulations.

• Work with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, and Karl Fischer.

• Ensure analytical activities are performed according to regulatory and quality requirements.

2. Quality Assurance – QMS

Designation: Executive
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc
Preferred Specialization: Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Experience: 4–8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Review QMS documents, SOPs, processes, and records for GMP compliance.

• Handle and support investigations related to OOS, OOT, deviations, change controls, CAPA, and risk assessments.

• Ensure adherence to ALCOA+ data integrity principles.

• Monitor QMS metrics and prepare trend reports.

• Support regulatory and customer audits.

• Work on Computerized System Validation (CSV) and qualification activities.

3. Regulatory Affairs – ROW

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
Experience: 2–10 years
Freshers: Can attend

Key Responsibilities:

• Support product registrations across ROW markets, including Africa, ANZ, Asia, LATAM, CIS, and MENA.

• Prepare, compile, and review CTD and country-specific regulatory dossiers.

• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and regulatory agents/partners.

• Respond to regulatory queries and support submission activities.

• Handle regulatory renewals, variations, approvals, and related documentation.

• Review regulatory and quality documents for submission readiness.

4. Packaging & Development – PDD

Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: Diploma / IIP
Experience: 2–8 years
Freshers: Can attend

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial packaging development for US, Europe, ROW, Canada, and domestic markets.

• Review and approve packaging artwork, specifications, and printed packaging materials.

• Prepare packaging-related documents such as SOPs, STPs, Master Packaging Cards, and BOMs.

• Handle barcode and pharmacode generation.

• Work on shipper labels and packaging configurations.

• Initiate and manage GMP documentation, including Change Controls, Deviations, and CAPAs.
