Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT)

Granules India Limited is hiring experienced pharmaceutical professionals for the position of MSAT Operator in the Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) Department at its Gagillapur, Hyderabad facility.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly those having hands-on exposure to OSD manufacturing operations such as RMG, FBD/FBP, compression and coating.

Position: MSAT Operator

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing activities, technology transfer, scale-up batches, in-process controls, documentation and equipment-related activities while ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate RMG, FBD/FBP, compression and coating machines.

• Execute technology transfer and scale-up batches.

• Perform and maintain BMR/BPR documentation.

• Conduct In-Process Control (IPC) activities and monitoring.

• Perform material reconciliation as per manufacturing requirements.

• Carry out equipment cleaning and line clearance activities.

• Follow applicable cGMP guidelines and SOP requirements.

• Ensure manufacturing activities are performed according to established procedures and quality requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Candidates should have practical knowledge of:

• RMG operation

• FBD operation

• Tablet compression

• Tablet coating

• BMR documentation

• IPC monitoring

• GMP compliance

• OSD manufacturing operations

Candidates with experience in FRD / TT / MSAT functions are preferred.

The role is specifically focused on OSD manufacturing.

Educational Qualification

Candidates with the following qualifications can be considered:

• Diploma in ITI

• B.Sc. – Chemistry / Pharmacy

Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
