Vimta is conducting a Walk-In Interview for experienced professionals in its Food Testing Division. The openings are available across Nutritional Analysis, Residue Analysis, Water Analysis, and Wet Analysis functions.

1. Analyst / Sr. Analyst – Nutritional Analysis

📍 Location: Hyderabad
👥 Openings: 4 Positions
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years

Required Expertise:

• Experience in nutritional analysis of vitamins, preservatives and food colours using HPLC.

• Hands-on experience in fatty acid profile analysis using GC.

• Candidates should have practical laboratory testing experience relevant to food/nutritional analysis.

2. Analyst / Sr. Analyst – Residue Analysis

📍 Location: Hyderabad
👥 Openings: 9 Positions
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years

Required Expertise:

• Experience in residue analysis using LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS and ICP-MS is desirable.

• Knowledge of method development and method validation.

• Experience in preparation of analytical reports and calibration records.

• Familiarity with instrumental analysis and laboratory documentation will be advantageous.

3. Analyst / Sr. Analyst – Water Analysis

📍 Location: Hyderabad
👥 Openings: 3 Positions
💼 Experience: 1–4 Years

Required Expertise:

• Experience in water sample analysis according to relevant IS, EPA and APHA SOPs and client-specific methods.

• Experience in pesticide residue and VOC analysis.

• Hands-on exposure to GC-MS/MS, LC-MS/MS and related analytical instruments.

4. Sr. Analyst / Team Leader – Wet Analysis

📍 Location: Mumbai
👥 Openings: 2 Positions
💼 Experience: 4–6 Years

Required Expertise:

• Experience in analysis of moisture, ash, acid-insoluble ash, alcoholic acidity, granulary, uric acid and beverage samples.

• Knowledge of FSSR 2011 requirements.

• Key skills include wet analysis, food testing, ISO 17025 and FSSR 2011.

• Suitable for experienced professionals capable of handling analytical activities and team-level responsibilities.
