Mitocon Biopharma is hiring candidates for its Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) team in Delhi. This opportunity is suitable for pharmacy and life-science professionals with 0–4 years of experience, including candidates with relevant exposure to Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, Drug Safety, or MICC operations.

9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
This is a night-shift position.

👨‍💼 Experience Required

0 to 4 years

Candidates with experience in the following areas are preferred:

• Medical Information

• MICC / Medical Information Contact Center

• Pharmacovigilance

• Drug Safety

🎓 Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

• B.Pharm

• M.Pharm

• Pharm.D

• M.Sc.

• B.Sc. – Life Sciences

📋 Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for handling medical information requests and supporting healthcare-related inquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle medical information queries from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), patients, and internal stakeholders through calls and emails.

• Provide accurate, scientifically balanced, and compliant responses to medical information queries.

• Document, manage, and track inquiries according to established SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

• Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, audit, and Turnaround Time (TAT) standards.

• Work closely with Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs teams.

• Maintain appropriate documentation and ensure queries are handled within the required timelines.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Life Sciences)

• 0–4 years of experience

• Relevant experience in MICC, Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, or Drug Safety is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good understanding of SOPs, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

• Exposure to global clients will be an added advantage.
