💼 Key Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates are expected to have practical experience and knowledge in the following areas:

1. ICSR Processing

• Hands-on experience in Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) processing.

• Review and handling of safety information received from different sources.

• Ensuring cases are processed accurately and within applicable timelines.

• Maintaining appropriate quality and compliance standards during case processing.

2. Aggregate Reporting

• Experience in Aggregate Safety Reporting activities.

• Supporting preparation, review and submission of periodic safety reports.

• Ensuring safety data is accurately assessed and presented.

3. PSUR / PBRER

• Experience in preparation or review of PSURs/PBRERs.

• Compilation and assessment of relevant safety information.

• Supporting the overall periodic safety evaluation process.

4. PADER

• Knowledge and experience related to PADERs (Periodic Adverse Drug Experience Reports).

• Review and evaluation of adverse-event information for periodic reporting.

5. Signal Evaluation

• Ability to review safety data and identify potential safety signals.

• Supporting signal detection and evaluation activities.

• Understanding of how emerging safety concerns are assessed.

6. Risk Management Plans

• Experience in preparation or review of Risk Management Plans (RMPs).

• Supporting risk assessment and risk-management activities.

• Understanding of safety risks associated with medicinal products.

7. Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge

Candidates should have a strong understanding of:

• Pharmacovigilance processes

• Drug safety reporting requirements

• Applicable regulatory guidelines

• Safety-data assessment

• Timelines and compliance requirements

• Quality requirements for safety reporting

8. Cross-functional Coordination

The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that safety information is reviewed, processed and reported accurately and on time.

9. Communication Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills are expected, particularly for documentation, safety-report preparation and coordination with internal teams.
