🏭 1. Production

Supervisors & Operators

Qualification:

• Diploma

• B.Tech – Mechanical / Instrumentation

• B.Sc

• B.Pharm

• M.Sc

Production Operators

Experience: 4–10 years

Candidates should have hands-on experience in areas such as:

• Compounding

• Vial washing

• Tunnel operations

• Autoclave

• Filling

• Capping

• QMS

• Packaging

• Track & Trace systems

This opportunity is particularly relevant for professionals with experience in injectable manufacturing operations.

⚙️ 2. Engineering – Injectable Lines

The Engineering openings are focused on candidates experienced in handling and maintaining injectable manufacturing lines.

Lyophilizer In-Charge

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
Experience: 8–10 years

Lyophilizer Operators

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
Experience: 3–6 years

Boiler Operator

Qualification: 1st Class Boiler Certificate
Experience: 3–6 years

HVAC Operator

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
Experience: 3–6 yearsu

🧪 3. Quality Control (QC)

Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm

QC Analysts

Experience: 3–6 years

Candidates should have experience in the analysis of:

• Raw materials

• In-process samples

• Finished products

• Stability samples

Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC and other relevant laboratory instruments is required.

🔬 4. Microbiology

Qualification:

• M.Sc – Microbiology / Biotechnology

• B.Pharm

Experience: 3–6 years

Relevant experience includes:

• Media preparation

• MLT

• BET

• Sterility testing

• Sterility method validation

• Execution of microbiological activities

• Documentation preparation and review

• Culture suspension preparation

• GPT

• VITEK 2 operation

Candidates with experience in sterile/injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing environments are particularly relevant.

📋 5. Quality Assurance (QA)

Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm

IPQA / QMS / Documentation

Experience: 4–10 years

Experience in areas such as:

• IPQA

• QMS

• Document preparation

• Document review

Qualification & Validation

Experience: 4–10 years

Candidates with experience in qualification and validation activities can apply.

Vendor Management & RA

Experience: 5–8 years

Experience in Vendor Management and Regulatory Affairs (RA) is required for this category.
