This position is suitable for candidates who are starting or building their careers in API manufacturing and production operations.

🧪 Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be involved in day-to-day API manufacturing operations, including:

• Working in unit operations and unit processes involved in API manufacturing.

• Operating production equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, filters and dryers.

• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and production areas according to cGMP and safety requirements.

• Performing manufacturing activities according to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Handling raw materials, intermediates and finished products according to established procedures.

• Monitoring production activities and ensuring operations are carried out safely and correctly.

• Reporting any abnormalities, deviations or equipment breakdowns to the shift in-charge.

• Following EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements during production activities.

🔹 Position 2: Officer – Production (API)

2–6 years of relevant experience

This position is intended for candidates with prior experience in API manufacturing and production operations.

🧪 Key Responsibilities

The Officer – Production will be responsible for supporting and monitoring API manufacturing activities, including:

• Operating and monitoring API production equipment such as reactors, centrifuges and dryers.

• Ensuring production activities are performed according to approved procedures.

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in production areas as per cGMP requirements.

• Following BMRs and SOPs during manufacturing operations.

• Handling raw materials and intermediates while following established safety and operational procedures.

• Recording process parameters accurately during manufacturing activities.

• Identifying and reporting process deviations and abnormalities.

• Coordinating with cross-functional departments such as QA, QC, Maintenance and Warehouse for smooth production operations.

• Supporting shift in-charges and senior production personnel in daily manufacturing activities.

• Ensuring deviations or unusual process conditions are immediately communicated to supervisors.
