Quality Control (QC) / Center of Excellence

Ipca Laboratories Ltd. is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive exclusively for freshers for an opportunity in the Quality Control (QC) function at its Center of Excellence (CoE), Indore.

Selected candidates will undergo 3 months of training at the Center of Excellence, Indore, followed by an opportunity to work as an Apprentice in the Quality Control Department for 1 year.

Eligibility

• Freshers only

• Qualification: Diploma / 12th / ITI

• Passing Year: 2023–2026

• Age: Above 18 years mandatory

• Open to both male and female candidates

Stipend

• Diploma: ₹10,900 per month

• 12th / ITI: ₹9,600 per month

• Free canteen facility for both male and female candidates

Career Opportunity

After successful completion of training, selected candidates may be absorbed at Ipca Laboratories' various locations, based on their skills, performance and suitability.

Position: Technician
Entry-Level CTC for Trainee: ₹2.45 LPA

Role & Responsibilities

The Technician role will involve supporting routine Quality Control laboratory activities such as:

• Sampling of raw materials and water

• Preparation of volumetric solutions

• Basic wet chemical testing under supervision

• Maintaining laboratory glassware and cleanliness

• Calibration and handling of weighing balances

• Maintaining temperature and laboratory records

• Supporting day-to-day laboratory activities

• Ensuring the laboratory remains safe and audit-ready
