🔬 Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be involved in various activities related to formulation technology transfer and scale-up, including:

• Coordinating and leading end-to-end technology transfer projects from R&D to manufacturing plant scale for Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products.

• Reviewing and interpreting product development reports, formulation development data, and technical documents.

• Conducting process optimization trials at laboratory scale and evaluating the feasibility of scaling processes to plant level.

• Preparing and reviewing Technology Transfer Protocols (TTPs), technology transfer reports, risk assessments, and other supporting documentation.

• Supporting smooth execution of scale-up activities from laboratory and pilot batches to commercial manufacturing scale.

• Coordinating and executing scale-up, exhibit, and validation batches.

• Providing appropriate technical justifications and supporting information for regulatory queries associated with new product filings.

• Working closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful technology transfer.
