Senior Research Associate / Associate Scientist

Educational Qualification:

• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry

• M.Sc. in Medicinal Chemistry

Experience Required: 4–8 years

Candidates with relevant experience in synthetic chemistry and R&D activities can apply for these positions.

🧪 Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates may be responsible for:

• Executing chemical reactions from milligram to gram scale for the synthesis of required molecules and compounds.

• Developing and applying efficient synthetic routes and techniques based on client requirements.

• Following appropriate Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintaining a safe laboratory environment.

• Maintaining proper laboratory records while ensuring data integrity and intellectual property (IP) requirements.

• Purifying synthesized compounds using suitable purification techniques.

• Characterizing and interpreting compounds using analytical techniques such as NMR and LC-MS.

• Operating automated synthesizers and purification systems, where required.

• Preparing and maintaining Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) and ensuring accurate documentation of experimental work.
