Aspiro Pharma, a USFDA-approved pharmaceutical company and part of the Hetero group, is conducting a Walk-In Drive for experienced candidates for its Injectable Facility.

🔹 Production

Operator – Filling

• Qualification: B.Sc / ITI / M.Pharm / B.Pharm

• Experience: 2–6 Years

• Operate and monitor vial filling and sealing equipment.

• Perform line clearance, machine setup and changeover activities.

Operator / Officer

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc

• Experience: 2–6 Years

• Injectable manufacturing experience preferred.

• Experience in filtration, filling, sealing, stoppering, garment washing, vial washing, autoclave, ophthalmic, suspensions and lyophilization operations.

• Exposure to training and QMS activities.

🔹 Engineering

Instrumentation

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech

• Experience: 4–6 Years

• Hands-on experience in PLC/SCADA, calibration and instrumentation systems.

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of sterile injectable equipment.

• Knowledge of cGMP, documentation and troubleshooting of process instruments.

Lyo Operator

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation

• Experience: 4–6 Years

• Experience in lyophilizer operations and freeze-drying cycle execution.

• CIP/SIP activities.

• Vial loading and unloading.

• Leak testing and aseptic operations.

• Equipment troubleshooting, documentation and cGMP compliance.
