Lead teams of approximately 4–20 FTEs and manage synthesis projects according to client requirements.
Provide scientific direction while maintaining required safety and compliance standards.
Manage end-to-end project execution across multiple teams.
Optimize resources and maintain cost efficiency.
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing scientific teams.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in synthesis processes.
Develop strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Ensure timely project delivery with a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Support business growth through effective project and client management.
