Biocon is conducting a Walk-In Interview for experienced professionals across Engineering and Drug Product Fill Finish functions.

🔹 Open Positions

Engineering

• Engineering & Maintenance – Injectables: RPPHPL, centrifuge, fermenter, isolator, lyophilizer, vial cartridge, PFS filling, Engineering QMS, utilities, water systems and electrical maintenance.

• Instrumentation & Automation / Calibration: RPPHLC column, centrifuge, tank automation, autoclave, PLC, SCADA, HMI, BMS/EMS, HVAC, Honeywell DCS/SCADA and Engineering QMS.

• Central Engineering: Civil greenfield and brownfield projects, CAPEX and experience with process requirements.

• Engineering & Maintenance – OSD: Granulation (ACG/GEA), compression machines (Fette/GEA/Cadmach), encapsulation machines (ACG 25T/40T), roll compactor, hot melt extruder, blending, coating, blister packing and bottle packing lines.

Drug Product Fill Finish

• DP Fill Finish: DP packaging, visual inspection, track & trace, blister, labelling, QMS activities and equipment qualification.

• Aseptic Manufacturing: Isolator, autoclave, lyophilizer, filling, sealing and QMS.

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• M.Pharm / B.Pharm

• B.Sc / M.Sc – Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Life Sciences

• B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech – Mechanical, Electrical and related engineering disciplines

💼 Experience

3 to 14 years of relevant experience
