Ajanta Pharma is conducting a Walk-In Bulk Hiring Drive for its new OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing unit at Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. Candidates with relevant experience in Receipt/Dispensing, Material Management and Dispatch operations can attend the interview.

1. RM – Receipt/Dispensing

Position: Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities

• RM dispensing and receipt preparation

• Material status verification

• Dispensing and receipt area clearance

• Accurate weighing of materials

• Maintaining dispensing and receipt records and documentation

2. PM – Receipt/Dispensing

Position: Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities

• PM material receiving and dispensing

• Verification of material quantities

• Packaging material inspection

• GRN preparation and entry

• Material status labelling

3. FG – Dispatch

Position: Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities

• Finished Goods dispatch preparation

• Batch detail verification

• Quantity verification

• Preparation of dispatch documents

• Coordination of vehicle loading

4. RM – Receipt/Dispensing

Position: Assistant
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma

Job Responsibilities

• RM dispensing and receipt preparation

• Material status verification

• Accurate weighing of materials

• Maintaining dispensing and receipt records and documentation

5. PM & FG – Receipt/Dispatch

Position: Assistant
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma

Job Responsibilities

• Material receipt and dispensing preparation

• Material receipt and dispensing verification

• Quantity and batch verification

• Material status identification

• Maintaining receipt and dispensing records

Mandatory Documents to Carry

Candidates attending the walk-in interview are required to carry the following documents:

• Updated Resume

• Last 3 months' salary slips

• CTC structure

• Bank statement (mandatory)

• Passport-size photograph

• Current compensation letter

• One copy of the updated resume

Important Eligibility & Interview Information

• Candidates should have working exposure to a regulated pharmaceutical environment, particularly USFDA and MHRA requirements.

• Candidates from OSD Manufacturing will only be considered for the interview.
