Pre-Sales / Business Development

CRAMSN Research Park has announced a hiring opportunity for the position of Pre-Sales at its research park in Hyderabad. Candidates with relevant experience in pre-sales, proposals, RFP management, and customer engagement can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to RFIs, RFPs and RFQs and prepare detailed proposals within specified timelines.

• Develop RFP responses in collaboration with subject matter experts and take ownership of product and technology-related aspects.

• Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including coordination with the CFT to develop competitive and commercially viable solutions.

• Coordinate technical and commercial discussions between customers and the company and document the meeting outcomes.

• Develop innovative, cost-effective and timely solutions according to customer requirements.

• Prepare high-quality, customer-focused proposals, quotations and budgets for RFPs.

• Develop and maintain pricing strategies for key accounts, including evaluating scope changes that may generate additional revenue.

• Regularly maintain and update the RFP tracker and provide relevant insights to the senior leadership team.

• Track the status and outcome of submitted proposals in coordination with the Business Development team.

• Organize project kick-off meetings for awarded projects and ensure proper handover of project information to relevant stakeholders.

• Participate in project closure discussions and contribute to future business campaigns and opportunities.

Candidate Profile

The role is suitable for professionals with 5–10 years of relevant experience who have strong capabilities in proposal development, RFP/RFQ management, pricing, customer communication and business development support. An M.Sc. in Chemistry is required, while an MBA is preferred.
