🔹 Production – Injectables Only

1. Operators

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification:

• ITI

• Diploma

• B.Sc. in Science

2. Executives

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification:

• B.Pharm

• M.Pharm

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Autoclave

• Operate and monitor autoclaves used for sterilization.

• Monitor cycle parameters and maintain required documentation.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure equipment efficiency.

Vial Washing

• Operate vial washing machines.

• Ensure proper washing standards are maintained.

• Perform equipment and line clearance activities.

• Ensure washed vials meet the required SOP standards.

Tunnel – Depyrogenation

• Operate and monitor the depyrogenation tunnel.

• Ensure temperature mapping and related documentation.

• Maintain smooth material flow and prepare required reports.

Filling & Sealing

• Operate filling and sealing machines.

• Maintain filling accuracy and sealing quality.

• Minimize line losses.

• Perform in-process checks and line clearance.

Compounding / Manufacturing & Holding

• Operate and monitor compounding vessels and holding tanks.

• Ensure accuracy during weighing and mixing operations.

• Maintain batch documentation.

• Follow CIP/SIP and area-cleanliness requirements.

• Manage bulk holding areas and ensure proper dispensing.

• Maintain records, cleanliness, labeling and documentation.

🔹 Apprentice – Freshers

Department: Production (Injectables & OSD)

Qualification

• Diploma

• B.Sc. in Science

• ITI

Eligibility Criteria

• Only 2024, 2025 and 2026 pass-outs are eligible.

• Candidates should not be enrolled in EPFO & ESI.

• Candidates must be willing to work in three rotational shifts.

Apprentice Benefits

• Stipend: ₹17,500 per month

• Free transportation & food

• Alternate Saturdays off
