Hetero R&D is conducting a walk-in interview drive for both experienced professionals and freshers. The company is hiring for the DQA (Development Quality Assurance) and CRD (Chemical Research & Development) departments at its Hyderabad R&D facility.

1. DQA (Development Quality Assurance) – Experienced Candidates

Experience Required: 0–3 Years

Educational Qualification:

• M.Sc. (Only)

Required Skills:

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel

• Good working knowledge of MS Word

• Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Willingness to work in a quality-driven environment

2. CRD (Chemical Research & Development) – Freshers

Educational Qualification:

• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Chemistry

Eligible Passing Years:

• 2024, 2025 & 2026

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Organic Chemistry

• Understanding of spectroscopy techniques such as IR, UV and NMR

• Knowledge of named reactions

• Exposure to organic reactions, feasibility studies and reaction optimization

• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
