Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and approve technical protocols, reports, product impact assessments, and lifecycle management documentation.

• Initiate and manage change controls, risk assessments, deviations, and incident investigations related to technology transfer.

• Support technology transfer activities for new product introductions, commercial manufacturing, scale-up batches, and site-to-site transfers of sterile injectable products.

• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of technology transfer projects.

• Participate in investigations related to deviations, Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT) results, and market complaints through root cause analysis and impact assessment.

• Prepare and review process validation, cleaning validation, Continued Process Verification (CPV), and related documentation.

• Provide technical support for process improvements, regulatory compliance activities, and audit readiness.

• Analyze manufacturing data to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance product quality.

• Ensure manufacturing operations comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Support regulatory submissions, inspections, and compliance activities for sterile injectable products.

• Drive successful product transfer from manufacturing sites with effective risk management and proactive execution strategies.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) – Chemical Engineering

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) – Chemical Engineering

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
