Aspiro Pharma, a part of the Hetero Group, is conducting a Walk-in Drive for experienced professionals to join its USFDA-approved Injectable Manufacturing Facility located at Karkapatla, Markook, Siddipet District, Telangana. The company is hiring for multiple positions in the Production and Engineering departments.

Open Positions

1. Operator – Filling

• Department: Production

• Qualification: B.Sc / ITI / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

• Experience: 2–6 Years

• Job Role: Operate and monitor vial filling and sealing equipment, perform line clearance, machine setup, and changeover activities.

2. Operator / Officer

• Department: Production

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc

• Experience: 2–6 Years

• Job Role: Experience in injectable manufacturing operations including filtration, filling, sealing, stoppering, garment washing, vial washing, autoclave, ophthalmic, suspensions, lyophilization, shop floor supervision, training, and QMS.

3. Instrumentation

• Department: Engineering

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech

• Experience: 4–6 Years

• Job Role: Hands-on experience in PLC/SCADA systems, calibration, preventive and breakdown maintenance of sterile injectable equipment, cGMP documentation, and troubleshooting.

4. Lyophilizer Operator

• Department: Engineering

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation)

• Experience: 4–6 Years

• Job Role: Experience in lyophilizer operations, freeze-drying cycles, CIP/SIP, vial loading and unloading, vacuum leak testing, aseptic operations, equipment troubleshooting, documentation, and cGMP compliance.
