Educational Qualification:

• Ph.D. in Organic Synthesis / Synthetic Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry

• Post-Doctoral (Post Doc) candidates in relevant disciplines are also eligible.

• Lead discovery chemistry programs for global pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

• Design and optimize synthetic routes for complex organic molecules.

• Manage scientific projects while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

• Mentor and develop high-performing research teams.
