Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned area sales targets.

• Lead, manage, and guide Sales Officers.

• Develop and expand the distribution network.

• Conduct field coaching, market visits, and performance reviews.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in OTC, FMCG, or Pharma sales.

• Team handling experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Sales planning and execution skills.

• Distributor management experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to achieve business targets and build market presence.
