Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is conducting a Recruitment Drive for Self Managed Teams (SMT) for young and energetic candidates who are looking to start their careers in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. This is a "Learn While You Earn" opportunity that offers practical industrial exposure, continuous learning, and career growth at the company's manufacturing facilities located in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Selected candidates will work in team-based manufacturing operations while also receiving company-sponsored higher education, making this an excellent opportunity for Intermediate freshers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 18–20 years (Candidates born between August 2006 and August 2008)

• Qualification: Intermediate (MPC/BiPC only)

• Pass-out Batch: 2025 or 2026

• Minimum 60% marks in all subjects (including Group & Languages)

• No compartmental pass

• No education gap

• Must be fluent in Telugu with a basic understanding of English

Important Notes

• Only candidates who completed Intermediate in 2025/2026 are eligible.

• Selected trainees will be deployed in manufacturing operations with three working shifts (A, B & C).

• The role may involve lifting, moving materials, and other physically demanding work.

• Two years of hostel stay and company-sponsored higher education are mandatory as part of the program.
