Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry
  OR

• Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Organic Chemistry

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Developing, optimizing, and scaling up synthetic organic chemistry processes using Quality by Design (QbD) and Design of Experiments (DoE) principles to improve product yield, purity, and process efficiency.

• Executing technology transfer activities from laboratory-scale development to commercial manufacturing while providing process troubleshooting support.

• Operating and managing process equipment and reactors while interpreting analytical data generated from techniques such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NMR, and IR to ensure robust process performance.

• Preparing process packages, laboratory development reports (LDRs), and other technical documentation in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.

• Conducting literature reviews and patent searches using scientific databases such as SciFinder and Reaxys.

• Utilizing ChemDraw, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint for technical documentation, data analysis, and presentations.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support successful product development and commercialization.
