Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Supporting process development and scale-up activities for APIs and intermediates.

• Preparing and reviewing process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.

• Analyzing process data to improve yield, product quality, and productivity.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Synthesis, Analytical, and Pilot Plant teams.

• Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis for target molecules.

• Maintain accurate experimental records and technical documentation.

• Troubleshoot synthetic challenges and propose innovative solutions.
