Business Analyst

Accenture is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Business Analyst – Life Sciences R&D. About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business users and technology teams by gathering requirements, analyzing existing processes, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions for clinical research and development. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to improve clinical study systems, coordinate application enhancements, and ensure projects meet business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Life Sciences applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and support teams to deliver system improvements.

• Manage change requests, system enhancements, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate requirement prioritization, impact analysis, and solution delivery.

• Support application testing, validation, and deployment activities.

• Track project progress and change requests using project management and ticketing tools.

• Ensure business solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory expectations.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to successful project execution.

Preferred Experience

• Understanding of clinical trial processes, study operations, and research data management.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams while managing project requirements and timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Graduation or equivalent with 15 years of full-time education.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Life Sciences Business Analysis.

• Experience supporting clinical research applications and business processes.

• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
