Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:
M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
M.Sc. in Medicinal Chemistry
Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry
Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry
Required Technical Skills
Applicants should have experience and knowledge in the following areas:
Excellent understanding of synthetic organic chemistry.
Expertise in retrosynthetic route design for target molecules.
Experience using scientific literature search tools such as SciFinder and Reaxys.
Hands-on experience in compound isolation, purification, and maintaining experimental records using electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN).
Strong analytical data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
Passion for learning new medicinal chemistry techniques and methodologies.
Ability to maintain productivity and meet organizational goals.
Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment.
