Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• M.Pharm from a recognized university or institution.

Experience Required

• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Formulation Development.

Candidates with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation development and regulated industry practices will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and optimizing Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulations.

• Conducting formulation development trials and evaluating product performance.

• Preparing technical documentation and development reports.

• Supporting technology transfer and scale-up activities.

• Ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful product development and commercialization.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation development.

• Experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and cGMP practices.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment.
