## Experience Required

* 2 to 8 Years

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

* Receive and understand product technology from the Formulation & Development (F&D) department.

* Design and optimize process parameters while participating in R&D trials.

* Transfer technology from the R&D department to manufacturing sites for commercial production.

* Monitor technology transfer (TT) demo, exhibit, scale-up, and optimization batches.

* Review technical information sheets, product details, raw materials, accessories, equipment requirements, and documentation for plant trials, scale-up, and exhibit batches.

* Determine and finalize batch sizes for demo, scale-up, exhibit, and commercial batches based on equipment capacity, qualification status, scale-up factor calculations, and annual production requirements.

* Participate in and monitor technology transfer demo batches with the F&D team.

* Execute scale-up batches at manufacturing locations and prepare all required documentation, including:

* Scale-up Batch Protocols

* Scale-up Reports

* Manufacturing Formula Cards (MFC)

* Sampling Protocols

* Risk Assessments

* Handle exhibit batches at manufacturing sites and provide troubleshooting support during execution.

* Prepare summary reports for completed projects.

* Investigate manufacturing deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and OOT (Out of Trend) observations during scale-up and exhibit batches, and prepare responses to regulatory agency queries.
