Procurement Executive

Exemed Pharmaceuticals is inviting applications for the position of procurement Executive (OPEX). This is an excellent opportunity for Mechanical Engineering graduates who are looking to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing operational expenditure (OPEX) procurement activities across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

* Handling procurement of operational services and materials.

* Managing procurement related to *AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)and CMC (Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts).

* Coordinating procurement for administrative requirements including housekeeping, stationery, and other office services.

* Ensuring timely conversion of *Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO).

* Following up with vendors and internal teams for efficient material delivery across manufacturing plants.

* Maintaining smooth procurement operations while ensuring timely availability of required resources.

* Supporting cost-effective purchasing and vendor coordination.

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

* B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

* 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain activities.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Basic understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and purchase order systems.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
