Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
* Executing various stages of production batches as per manufacturing plans.
* Ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines, quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
* Operating and handling API manufacturing equipment efficiently.
* Monitoring batch processes and maintaining critical process parameters.
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
* Maintaining proper documentation as per pharmaceutical industry standards.
* Following safety procedures and contributing to continuous process improvement.
* Demonstrating effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
