Job Responsibilities
As an ARD Executive, you will be responsible for supporting analytical research and development activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and contributing to product development. Your key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in analytical method development and validation for pharmaceutical products.
- Performing laboratory experiments, testing, and analytical data interpretation.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of research and development activities in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Supporting stability studies and product development projects.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of research assignments.
- Following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and company quality standards. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
M.Sc. in Chemistry
M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry
Experience
1–2 years of experience in an Analytical Research & Development (ARD) department within the pharmaceutical industry.
Technical Skills
Candidates should have practical knowledge of analytical instruments and techniques, including:
HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography)
GC (Gas Chromatography)
UV Spectroscopy
IR Spectroscopy
Other analytical laboratory techniques
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication skills
Excellent documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
