Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates may be responsible for:
- Reviewing and investigating medical device complaints.
- Documenting complaint assessments and investigation findings.
- Supporting risk management activities in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Participating in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
- Working with ISO 14971 risk management principles.
- Maintaining investigation records and quality documentation.
- Coordinating with quality, regulatory, and cross-functional teams.
- Following internal quality systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
Desired Skills
Candidates should ideally possess:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of medical device complaint handling.
- Knowledge of Risk Management concepts.
- Familiarity with CAPA processes.
- Awareness of ISO 14971 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to relocate to Pune if attending interviews in Hyderabad or Gurgaon.
