Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in API Synthesis
Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Salary
Up to ₹6.00 LPA (CTC), depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing laboratory synthesis of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
  • Executing chemical reactions and process optimization activities.
  • Maintaining accurate laboratory records and documentation.
  • Following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety protocols.
  • Assisting in process development, scale-up, and technology transfer activities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional R&D teams to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills
Sound knowledge of organic chemistry and API synthesis.
Experience in laboratory equipment handling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good documentation practices.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment.
