Key Responsibilities
  • Review, prioritize, and process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
  • Enter and maintain accurate safety data in global pharmacovigilance databases.
  • Evaluate adverse events and prepare complete case documentation.
  • Perform medical and drug coding using industry-standard dictionaries such as MedDRA and WHODD.
  • Follow client procedures and regulatory guidelines for case processing and reporting.
  • Prepare case narratives and complete required follow-up activities.
  • Ensure timely submission of adverse event reports within regulatory timelines.
  • Support audits, inspections, and pharmacovigilance compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high-quality safety reporting standards.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences preferred; other graduates may also be considered based on experience).

1–3 years of relevant experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.

Knowledge of ICSR processing and pharmacovigilance workflows.

Familiarity with safety databases is an advantage.

Good understanding of medical terminology, MedDRA, and WHODD.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience handling AE, SAE, and SUSAR cases.
Knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
