1–3 years of experience in an analytics-driven organization, pharmaceutical company, or pharma services domain
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver Sales Force Incentive Operations support using Javelin.
- Design and build Incentive Compensation systems and incentive plans.
- Design and set sales force goals aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver services through structured project management and documentation.
- Support creation and maintenance of SOPs and quality checklists.
- Support development and maintenance of knowledge repositories.
- Support onboarding of new associates and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support operational governance and stakeholder communication.
- Comply with internal procedures, KPI reporting, and company policies.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional in-scope country languages is an advantage.
