Azelis is hiring for Intern-Product intelligence, Intern-SCM, Intern-MDM Intern-Product intelligence Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Follow work instructions & checklist as defined for the to ensure validity & integrity of Product Intelligence activities. • Respond to customer queries on product information & documentation. • Coordinate with internal Regional Regulatory experts for complex queries. • Collaborate with internal team or directly with suppliers to procure missing information/documents. • Ensure quality of information in the relevant system is maintained and strive to achieve zero non-conformity. • Ensure activity records are maintained as per defined formats. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Intern-SCM Responsibilities: >Support in processing volumes due to resource issues (low priority and non-complex PO’s / SO’s) >SOPs & Process maps for key activities – important for training new team members and backups, also for creating standard processes >data collection and validation including mapping of data, >cleansing of old & outdated data (specially aged open PO’s and sales orders pertaining to 2024 & prior) which is time consuming and current team members are unable to spend time >work on time and motion study for each of the activities of the 3 teams >standard reports for stakeholder The operational risk or bottleneck this temporary support is mitigating Managing volumes to clear off backlog and on-time processing of orders Back up for team members to focus on critical and import activities Cleansing of old data which will improve the quality of data Resource planning with help of good time & motion study which is not possible today as team members are busy Data collection can help in identifying areas of improvement or automation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Intern-MDM Key Learnings Areas: • Exposure to Document Stewardship. • Exposure to Data Stewardship. • Exposure to Product Enrichment. Essential requirements • Currently enrolled for University Degree program in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Toxicology, or a related scientific discipline. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent knowledge of English, written and oral Strong analytical and communication skills • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
